How Long Is A Trial?

A trial session is 25 minutes. Once you have scheduled in your preferred time slot, you will recieve an email with a form attached for you to fill in before your trial class. This will be used in your trial session as the trial assessment. 

Can I Purchase More Than One Trial?

Unfortunately, no it is not possible to have more than one trial class. If you were happy with your trial and are considering another class, it is advised to book a package of 5 or pay as you go per session. 

This gives you flexibility and you don’t have to make a big financial commitment if you are not able to. 

What Will I Have To Do In The Trial?

Good question! 
Well firstly, the academy would like to clear up that this is YOUR trial. Therefore, it’s crucial you feel comfortable. 

Generally speaking, the teacher will get to know you in the first 5 minutes, using the form you filled out.

Then you will be assessed on your speaking, grammar, listening and pronunciation skills through a game. The best way to receive an authentic assessment is through an activity which is fun and will allow you to relax. 

Is Homework Mandatory?

Absolutely not! This is your learning journey, therefore if you are not able to complete any homework which is set, it’s not a problem. 

The teacher will set homework to enhance your learning progress within the 3- 6 month time frame. However, the academy is aware that you might have to invest your time in other areas both personally and professionally outside your English classes. 

What Software Do I Need To Join My Trial?

Technical Set-up:

Not in the Textbooks Academy uses Zoom Client for Meetings for video chatting and screen sharing. 

We suggest you to test if zoom is stable enough to use before your class starts.
