Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange

If you purchase a package and decide you no longer want to complete it and it’s still in date, please contact me and I will happily refund your remaining classes minus transaction fees.

If you need to cancel a class, please let me know and cancel the class more than 12 hours before the start time. Classes canceled with fewer than 12 hours’ notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled. I will wait in the classroom for 25 minutes and if the student doesn’t show up, the class will be marked as complete and for students who do not inform me that they are unable to attend the class.
