I'm Having Some Technical Difficulties. What Should I Do?
Technology can be touch and go at times. If you have an issue and able to send a private message to the teacher informing them of your technical issue, the teacher can help and try to fix the problem. If you cannot message the teacher due to connection, please send a video / screenshot of your issue as evidence so the teacher can manually reschedule your class.
Is Homework Mandatory?
You will be given homework to help further your language journey. However, the academy is aware that some students might not have time due to other commitments. You will not be punished or made to feel guilty if this is the case.
How Often Can I Have a Class?
Depending on your learning goals, you can book in as many classes as you’d like in a week. Some students like to book double slots (2 sessions in one day) for more urgent matters, whereas some students prefer to have a class every other week (2 classes a month). To keep your language journey moving, it is advised to have at least one class a week and practice what was spoken about and taught in your class until your next scheduled class.
Can I Reschedule My Class?
Yes you can reschedule your class if it’s within the 12 hour period before your original booking. Classes cancelled with fewer than 12 hours’ notice cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded.
